Hi Everyone

I would like to pass one some wisdom.  Of course we all know that wisdom comes from experience and that experience comes  from bad decisions.

Be mindful of your back. You only have one. They can fix some things when you do it wrong or when you fall off of the back of the truck, not everything. It's been 3 months and I have not improved over the last 4 weeks. Not a good thing.

It is my best guess that I am done doing any heavy metal work like fences or gates.  Small items I can do, but very slowly. I can still do the candle stick making classes, the students do the work!

On the UP SIDE, our daughter is expecting our first grandchild :)))

Congratulations to you and your daughter! As far as sculpting, try lighter things like sugar cubes - I have an article on this to post after the election.

All kidding aside, I hope things improve with your health.

I hope your health improves and maybe you find a lighter medium in which to work, also congratulations to you and your family on the pending arrival.

Your Canvas Junkie Host

I am your host at Canvas Junkie and work in several media. I design and make one of a kind sculpture you can wear or jewelry.

As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".

Now that I have seen many years of life pass by (I'm in denial about exactly how many)............. I'm happy to be known as an artist because....... life is just weird.
