Ok......so I guess your're wondering what this is about?? Well, I'm not too sure, except Brian said this morning "Are you going to write an article today?"  I said , yes...........and then Brian said not "My friend has a show here............... an article??"  So as Brian (who may be referred to as the big giant talking brain or BGTB........no just B for short) has explained on several occasions that I should just write like I'm having a conversation with someone, this is my attempt.  Warning young Will Robinson............. most of the time the other half of the conversation is ........"I have no idea what you're talking about".

So everything is talking in my head at once.....I have been thinking about the lousy economy and my artist friends, well everyone for that matter who is feeling the pinch.  The good news is that art sales seem to be getting better.........just like everything else a good discount really helps!  

I'm guessing you may have read my article the other day "Sales and Marketing for Artist", with the hideous picture that Brian found for me, I would have chosen PT Barnum or other circus ringmaster, anyway it takes me like hours to write something like that and B is dumbfounded that my computer can time out before I've finished two paragraphs.  My point is I know all that sh*** and you probly do too, it's not knowing......... it's doing that is the problem!!  

Are you like me ......... I've got so many ideas that I can't focus....it's like being in idea hell........example: B says write an article,  I check my e mail and start looking here and there and all of the sudden a couple hours have ozzed out of my life and whatta I got to show... more ideas... so I go over and start drawing little doodles and notes about these and that and lalalala. And definitely that was one of those run on sentences that B, tells me about.  

My point is beside being yourself,  a self employed artist,who wants to eat...live in a house .....etc, then I guess you have to be a little skitzoid.......in a good way.  You have to be that a** of a boss that you'd hate to have or maybe the kind nurturing boss that knows just what to say to get results.  Use a firm hand and make yourself a schedule......a plan or whatever you want to call it.  Give yourself a daily affirmation.........ok  so it's really hard, at least tell yourself you don't suck.   Now that I've imparted my wealth of wisdom ...........go out and create .......... market and sell some stuff.
