Second Saturday Gallery Stroll, December 13, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., historic downtown Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Nine galleries will host receptions and feature gallery artists. Free to public. Also at the event will be Angel and Eric Brodsky reading from Eric's three poetry books and giving angelic attunements and harp massage. The Julie Wait Designs Art Gallery features paintings by Robert Glick through December 29th.The gallery is located at 318 South First in Rogers and is open from 9a.m. until 5p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment. 479-631-8706 The Zephyr Blevins Gallery, located inside the Rogers Little Theatre, 116 S. 2nd., Rogers, AR, is featuring works by painter Sarah Creasman through Dec. 29th. The Zephyr Blevins, 116 S. 2nd., Rogers, AR, will feature "Off to the Races," and other original paintings by local artist Phillip Leonard, December 29th through February 17th. As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".
Now that I have seen many years of life pass by (I'm in denial about exactly how many)............. I'm happy to be known as an artist because....... life is just weird.
