I suppose if I could ask for one thing, it would be for each of you to tell one friend about our site. That way I could meet even more new and interesting people. I hope each and everyone of you have a wonderful holiday season and that your loved ones are all doing well. Also, post in the comments and lets hear what you would like this year - especially those of you who have been naughty ;-) Comments (10)

... I had an idea...Maybe not a great one...but an idea nevertheless...I have met a lot of artists and artsy folks on WWW.MySpace.com...does canvasjunkie have a MySpace page? Just an idea-r. Lori |

... Yeah MySpace pages can be a little "Much", but you can keep them as simple or as complex as you want to make them. I have a Facebook site as well, but i have never quite gotten the hang of it. My kids love it. I like MySpace better, but I imagine it is because I am comfortable with it and I know how to use it, and what to do with it...At anyrate, I did add the Canvasjunkie URL to my MySpace and perhaps that will stir more interest. Plus I know a couple of Awesome Photographers that would add a 'lil something to the mix! Oh, and Merry Christmas! LoRi |
I am your host at Canvas Junkie and work in several media. I design and make one of a kind sculpture you can wear or jewelry.
As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".
Now that I have seen many years of life pass by (I'm in denial about exactly how many)............. I'm happy to be known as an artist because....... life is just weird.
