The jury selection panel will meet weekly beginning June 1st to select new, first-time participants in the 2009 festival.

The jurying will follow a blind jury process, reviewing projected digital images. The identities of artists are not disclosed to jurors.  The Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival asks the jury to select a well-balanced show across the festival's twelve different artistic disciplines. 

In addition to new first-time participants to the show, previous artist exhibitors will be given priority review based on prior participation in the festival.  Previous exhibitors will notified by letter before June 1st of their eligibility to participate in the 2009 Pinnacle Hills Arts Festival, thereby waiving the normal jury process.

Accepted artists will receive written notification of the Jury Selection Panel's decision, and as applicable, a formal Invitation to exhibit at the festival, approximately ten days after their application has been reviewed.
