The Arts Center will be open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Arts Center is closed Mondays and Major Holidays.

The Arts Center is also offering Winter Specials on tickets to the exhibition. Pharaoh Matinees will be held Tuesday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. with all tickets priced at $14. Visitors can also download a $5 off coupon to the exhibition that can be used during times other than the matinees.

The coupon is available at www.arkarts.com and is valid through February 28, 2010.  “This is a great time to see the World of the Pharaohs exhibition before it closes,    plus save money on tickets,” said Heather Haywood, deputy director and director of   marketing at the Arkansas Arts Center.  She said typically people stay indoors during the  cold, winter months and don’t venture far from home.She noted that is a perfect   opportunity for visitors to see the exhibition and take advantage of these special offers.     Each day, the last ticket is sold one hour before the Arts Center closes.
