The SoMa String Quartet will perform on Saturday, January 23 at 7:30 and on Sunday, January 24, at 2:00. The performances will be held at the Warehouse Lofts, 1509 Louisiana St. Unit CD, Little Rock. Tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for students. Little Rock, Arkansas -

January 24, 2010- The SoMa String Quartet, a newly formed group comprised of four of Little Rock's most talented string players, will be performing their 3rd in a series of intimate chamber music concerts at the Warehouse Lofts.  The program features exciting new works, which are sure to delight both experienced chamber music fans and newcomers.

The concert will be held at the Warehouse Lofts, a historic auto garage in downtown Little Rock that has been converted into a loft style apartment.  With its 17 foot wood ceiling, brick walls, and concrete floors, the building provides a wonderful acoustic for chamber music.  This combined with the modern style of the building's interior creates the perfect ambiance for an evening of contemporary classical music.
