“Festival of the Senses,” 1st Annual Spring Event 2011

Arts & Entertainment in historic downtown Rogers, AR.  We're looking for artisans for our event. If you are a fine artist, graphic designer, photographer, crafter, wood worker, sculptor, jeweler... you name it! We want YOU to be a part of our event.

The purpose of Festival of the Senses is to create events that stimulate all of the senses and provide a platform to create lasting memories and fun for the entire family! We want to bring people together and celebrate the diversity within our community. We want to provide an outlet for our creative and talented community members to express themselves and encourage the growth of artistic culture which makes NW Arkansas such a wonderful place to live. The purpose of our event is to offer you extra exposure to to the community; Let them know you're here and show them what you can do. Your creative outlet adds culture to our community and makes NW Arkansas a wonderfully diverse place to live. This is another opportunity to promote your skills, network and build your customer-base.

As an artisan vendor you will get a booth space where you can sell your hand-crafted merchandise and demonstrate what you do.  To preserve the integrity of the arts, all entries are presented before a jury to ensure that your product is genuinely hand crafted. No buy-sell merchandise will be allowed within our artist's circle. We want to celebrate the quality and diversity that comes from our regional artisans and we will not allow “flea market” items at our events.  We are still many months from the festival, but are attracting quite a bit of interest from Artists and Performers from all over NW Arkansas. At this time we have posted applications for exhibition for your review. Certain categories will be filling quickly- we look forward to working with you. We scheduled this event around all the other festivals in the region during that time of year so we can attract a crowd of our own and not have to compete with the other events going on the prior weekend.
