clip_image001(LITTLE ROCK, AR) – The Arkansas Arts Center will host Art on Tap: Revolution, on Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 6 – 9 p.m. in the Alice Pratt Brown Atrium.

Hosted by the Arkansas Arts Center Contemporaries, this event allows guests to taste a variety of Mexican beer paired with hors d'oeuvres. In addition, patrons will enjoy live music by Chris Denny and view the exhibition A Century of Revolution: Mexican Art since 1910.

Selected brews include Corona Extra; Corona Light; Dos Equis; Modelo; Negra Modelo; Pacifico Clara and Tecate. Arkansas Times is the Media Sponsor of Art on Tap: Revolution.Tickets to Art on Tap: Revolution are free for Contemporaries Members, $15 for Arkansas Arts Center Members and $25 for non-members.

Your Canvas Junkie Host

I am your host at Canvas Junkie and work in several media. I design and make one of a kind sculpture you can wear or jewelry.

As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".
