 (LITTLE ROCK, AR) – The Arkansas Arts Center will host a special arts program titled “The Arts in Art: Tango” on Thursday, September 8, 2011, from 7 – 10:30 p.m.“The Arts in Art: Tango” is a combined arts event, where guests can enjoy an evening of wine, tango dancing and art. This event is perfect for people with no dance experience, dance experts or individuals who just want to watch. No partner is needed. Dance lessons for beginners will be held at 7 p.m. followed by dancing. The permanent collection galleries will also be open for viewing art. Admission is free.

I am your host at Canvas Junkie and work in several media. I design and make one of a kind sculpture you can wear or jewelry.
As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".
Now that I have seen many years of life pass by (I'm in denial about exactly how many)............. I'm happy to be known as an artist because....... life is just weird.
