Just moved to Ark. from California summer 2010 due to divorce proceedings.

I was the previous Art Gallery Coordinator for Soho Gallery for Pomona Valley Art Association for past 2 1/2 yrs. Displayed art in Soho and Progress galleries in Pomona Calif. and participated in Artist in Motion in 2008 in Chino Hills CA, Also displayed art in L A County Fair in 2009. I am a memeber of PVAA.

I do diachoic art glass pendants, Gold on Ceramics, Oil Landscapes, and Acrylic abstracts.

Was member of Conway Art Assoc. 30 yrs ago and hope to reconnect with local artist ther and where I live near East End, Little Rock by October 2010.

I am interested in starting a local art association near East End Little Rock with a Gallery in the future. Anyone interested can contact me at 501 515-0154 if they are interested in helping me organize the association. I would love it if someone could donate a builing for the art Gallery with a mission of promoting art to the community and to the school thru yearly juried competitions.

Your Canvas Junkie Host

I am your host at Canvas Junkie and work in several media. I design and make one of a kind sculpture you can wear or jewelry.

As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".

Now that I have seen many years of life pass by (I'm in denial about exactly how many)............. I'm happy to be known as an artist because....... life is just weird.
