Little Rock
AR
Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. Currently working on my Bachelor’s in Art Education at University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

My love of Art started at a very young age. Artistic interests focus mainly in painting. Before my decision to obtain my degree in Art Education self-taught in painting, pottery, graphic design, web design and more, I keep incredibly motivated in every genre. Finding art in every object, conversation, person…pretty much has been an adventure in every art project I tackle. I enjoy donating pieces to organizations for fundraisers and events because I believe in “leaving it better than I found it.”

Accomplishments:
Arkansas League of Artist, Board Member
Jack T. Stephen’s The First Tee - wall mural “The Giving Tree”
Gallery of Hope 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 - Candle Lighters of Central Arkansas
Art & Soul Foundation – Founder, est. 1996
Youth Home’s Eggshibition Artist - 2009, 2010
The Church at Rock Creek – Mural for children’s ministry
Professional Face & Body Painting – LR Zoo, Verizon, AR Democrat-Gazette, RiverFest 2009
Co-written and published songs “Baby In My Arms” and “As Long As She’s Got Somebody”
Author of “Bite Me, The Cookbook for Men”

Your Canvas Junkie Host

I am your host at Canvas Junkie and work in several media. I design and make one of a kind sculpture you can wear or jewelry.

As well as paint, make found object sculpture and generally will chase after anything sparkly. When I was a teen my dad would introduce me as his daughter with the disclaimer of "You know artists are weird".

Now that I have seen many years of life pass by (I'm in denial about exactly how many)............. I'm happy to be known as an artist because....... life is just weird.
